The person with the highest authority at Dynamik acts as the person responsible for the protection of personal information unless that function is delegated in writing. This person oversees our privacy practices and receives questions, access or correction requests, and privacy complaints. Contact details are provided in section 11.

Information you provide

• Contact details: your name, email address, and organization, if you choose to provide it.
• Communications: the contents of your message and any information you choose to include in later correspondence.

Information collected when you use the website

• Security and log information: internet protocol (IP) address, request date and time, browser or device information, requested page, and diagnostic information that may be recorded by our hosting infrastructure. We also use an IP address temporarily to limit contact-form abuse.
• Aggregate website analytics: page and route viewed, timestamp, referring site, filtered query parameters, approximate location (such as country, region, and city), browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregate statistics without using third-party cookies or storing an IP address with an analytics event.

We do not use the website to collect payment information, create user accounts, or obtain precise location data. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the contact form unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

• receive, assess, and respond to inquiries and proposals;

Contact-form rate-limit records are temporary. When personal information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law. Our service providers may retain limited records as required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service continuity.

7. Safeguards

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity and amount of personal information we handle. These include limiting access, using service providers with security commitments, protecting communications in transit, validating contact-form submissions, and applying anti-abuse controls. No system or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not currently use personal information collected through this website to make decisions based exclusively on automated processing.
